Protocol | In Vitro | DD1 (2-20 μM; 40 h) shows inhibitor for chymotrypsin-like activity in U937 lysates. DD1 (10, 20 μM; 48 h) induces mitochondrial membrane depolarization, Bax upregulation and Bad dephosphorylation. DD1 induces cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase and apoptosis. DD1 (20 μM; 96 h) shows antiproliferation activity in a dose- and time-dependent manner in U937 cells. |
