Description: DBCO-(PEG2-VC-PAB-MMAE)2 is composed of degradable linker DBCO-PEG2-VC-PAB coupled with MMAE. Monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) is a potent tubulin inhibitor and serves as the toxin payload in antibody-active molecular conjugates. DBCO-(PEG2-VC-PAB-MMAE)2 is a reagent for click chemistry. It has Alkyne groups and could undergo CuAAc (copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction) with compounds bearing Azide groups.
