ProtocolIn VitroDazoxiben inhibits TXB2 production in rat kidney glomeruli with an IC50 of 1.60 μM) than in rat whole blood (IC50= 0.32μM), and is not associated with changes in PGE2, PGF2 alpha and 6-keto-PGF1 alpha production. Dazoxiben inhibits TXB2 production in clotting human whole blood with an IC50 of 0.3 μM and causes parallel enhancement of PGE2 greater than PGF2 alpha greater than 6-keto-PGF1 alpha production.
In VivoDazoxiben (intraperitoneal administration; 100 μg/kg) produces a marked prolongation of the tail bleeding time with 96.8 ± 10.8 secs.
These protocols are for reference only. InvivoChem does not independently validate these methods.

Method for preparing DMSO master liquid: mg drug pre-dissolved in µL DMSO(Master liquid concentration mg/mL) ,Please contact us first if the concentration exceeds the DMSO solubility of the batch of drug.
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take µL DMSO master liquid, next add µL PEG300, mix and clarify, next add µL Tween 80,mix and clarify, next add µL ddH2O,mix and clarify.
Note:
  • (1) Please be sure that the solution is clear before the addition of next solvent. Dissolution methods like vortex, ultrasound or warming and heat may be used to aid dissolving.
  • (2) Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order.
