Description: Cyclosporin A (Cyclosporine A; CsA) is a naturally occuring cyclic polypeptide immunosuppressive agent and a calcineurin inhibitor, which binds to the cyclophilin and then inhibits calcineurin with IC50 of 7 nM in a cell-free assay.
