Description: CTP Synthetase-IN-1 (compound 27) is a first-in-class and orally bioactive pan-inhibitor of cytidine 5'-triphosphate synthetase (CTPS) with anti-inflammatory effects. It inhibits human CTPS1/2 with IC50 of 32 nM and 18 nM, respectively.
