Description: CKI-7 free base is a potent and ATP-competitive inhibitor of casein kinase 1 (CK1) with IC50 of 6 μM and Ki of 8.5 μM. CKI-7 free base selectively inhibits Cdc7 kinase, and also inhibits SGK, S6K1 and MSK1. CKI-7 free base is much less potent against casein kinase II and other protein kinases.
