Description: Capmatinib 2HCl (INCB28060; INC-280; Tabrecta), the dihydrochloride salt of Capmatinib, is an orally bioavailable and ATP-competitive inhibitor of c-MET approved by FDA on August 10, 2022 by the US FDA for adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have a mutation leading to mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) exon 14 skipping, as detected by an FDA-approved test.
