Description: Biotinylated-JQ1 (Biotin-JQ1) is a biotinylated analogue of JQ1 that binds to the BRD4 bromodomain with high affinity. Biotinylated-JQ1 suppresses the proliferation/growth of MM1.S multiple myeloma cells with EC50 of 0.4 μM.
