ProtocolIn VitroRRx-001 inhibits DNA methylation by downregulating DNA methytransferases. RRx-001 induces significant G1 phase growth arrest, with concomitant decrease in S phase. RRx-001 triggers significant apoptosis in MM cells. RRx-001 blocks migration of MM cells and associated angiogenesis. RRx-001 (0-5 μM, 24 hours) inhibits MM cells growth and overcomes resistance to novel and conventional therapies.
In VivoRRx-001 (5 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg, I.V., thrice-weekly for 24 days) inhibits tumor growth and prolongs survival in a xenograft mouse model.
These protocols are for reference only. InvivoChem does not independently validate these methods.

Working concentration: mg/ml;
Method for preparing DMSO master liquid: mg drug pre-dissolved in µL DMSO(Master liquid concentration mg/mL) ,Please contact us first if the concentration exceeds the DMSO solubility of the batch of drug.
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take µL DMSO master liquid, next add µL PEG300, mix and clarify, next add µL Tween 80,mix and clarify, next add µL ddH2O,mix and clarify.
Note:
  • (1) Please be sure that the solution is clear before the addition of next solvent. Dissolution methods like vortex, ultrasound or warming and heat may be used to aid dissolving.
  • (2) Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order.
