Description: Azido-PEG3-(CH2)3OH is a PEG-based linker containing an azide group and a terminal hydroxyl group. It is used in the synthesis of PROTACs. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
