Protocol | In Vitro | AT7519 Hydrochloride (0-4 μM) produces dose-dependent cytotoxicity, IC in MM cells50 The range is 0.5 to 2 μM, and this induced cytotoxicity is associated with GSK-3β activation, not transcriptional inhibition. AT7519 Hydrochloride overcomes the proliferative advantages conferred by cytokines and the protective effects of BMSCs. AT7519 Hydrochloride (0.5 μM) induces apoptosis in MM cells in a time-dependent manner. In addition, AT7519 Hydrochloride (0.5 μM) inhibits phosphorylation of RNA polymerase II CTD and partially inhibits RNA synthesis in MM.1S cells |
