Description: ARD-69 (compound 34) is a potent PROTAC androgen receptor degrader. AR-69 induces the degradation of androgen receptor (AR) protein in AR-positive prostate cancer/tumor cells. ARD-69 inhibits AR-regulated gene expression. ARD-69 is a reagent for click chemistry. It has Alkyne groups and could undergo CuAAc (copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction) with compounds bearing Azide groups.
