Description: BMS-066 is a novel and potent tricyclic pseudokinase inhibitors of IKKβ/Tyk2 with IC50s of 9 nM and 72 nM, respectively. It demonstrates potent in vitro potency, acceptable pharmacokinetic and physicochemical properties, and efficacy when dosed orally in a mouse model of inflammatory bowel disease.
