UNC2881 (compound 23) (0-1000 nM; 1 h) block ligand-stimulated activation of a chimeric EGFR-MerTK. UNC2881 also inhibits endogenous Mer tyrosine kinase activation in acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. |
