Description: Puromycin aminonucleoside (formerly known as NSC 3056; PAN, NSC-3056), the aminonucleoside portion of the antibiotic puromycin, is commonly used in nephrosis animal models as well as in the study of human glomerular disease, and glomerular function and morphology.
