Description: Levofloxacin Hemihydrate [(-)-Ofloxacin], a synthetic fluoroquinolone, is a broad-spectrum and third-generation fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent that inhibits the supercoiling activity of bacterial DNA gyrase, halting DNA replication.
