In VivoTrandolapril (3 mg/kg/day; p.o.; 7 d) reduces renal fibrosis in obstructive nephropathy in mice, by inhibiting renal interstitial matrix expression and myofibroblast activation, decreasing renal proinflammatory cytokine RANTES and TNF-α level.
