Description: CL2-SN-38 is a cleavable linker-drug conjugate used for the synthesis of antibody drug conjugates (ADC). As a part of the antibody drug conjugate (ADC), it can conjugate with the anti-Trop-2-humanized antibody hRS7. The anti-Trop-2 hRS7-CL2A-SN-38 ADC exhibits potent and highly specific anticancer effects against a range of human solid tumor types.
