ProtocolIn VitroSRPIN340 is a serine arginine-rich protein kinase (SRPK) inhibitor against the K of SRPK1i is 0.89 μM. SRPIN340 also inhibits SRPK2, but has no significant inhibitory effect on other SRPKs such as Clk1 and Clk4. SRPIN340 promotes the degradation of SRp75, which is required for HIV expression. SRPIN340 inhibits the Sindbis virus (IC50, 60 μM) and transmission of SARS virus.

Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take µL DMSO master liquid, next add µL PEG300, mix and clarify, next add µL Tween 80,mix and clarify, next add µL ddH2O,mix and clarify.
Note:
  • (1) Please be sure that the solution is clear before the addition of next solvent. Dissolution methods like vortex, ultrasound or warming and heat may be used to aid dissolving.
  • (2) Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order.
