ProtocolIn VivoML327 treatment significantly reduced tumor volume threefold during two-week treatment (p=0.02). The tumor explant weight of ML327-treated mice was approximately three times smaller (p=0.01). Mice treated with ML327 lost 12% more body weight than vehicle-treated mice. ML327 treatment resulted in a twofold decrease in MYCN expression, confirming that ML327 inhibited xenograft MYCN expression (p=0.0035)
