Protocol | In Vivo | CHIR-124 (10 or 20 mg/kg orally) had no significant effect on tumor growth compared to controls, but it enhanced the growth inhibition of CPT-11 in human breast cancer xenograft models. The enhancement of the tumor growth inhibitory effect of CHIR-124 on CPT-11 is associated with an increase in apoptosis-induced induction in tumors. CHIR-124 reverses CPT-11-induced inhibition of phosphate H3 staining, indicating that CHIR-124 abolishes the G2-M checkpoint |
