Description: Ketotifen Fumarate (HC20511; Ketotifene, Zaditor, Zaditen, Ketotiphen), the fumaric acid salt of ketotifen, is a second-generation and noncompetitive H1-antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer used to treat allergic symptoms and to prevent asthma attacks.
