Description: ODN TTAGGG (A151) is a novle inhibitory oligonucleotide (ODN) acting as a TLR9, AIM2 and cGAS antagonist with immunosuppressive activity. It inhibits AIM2 inflammasome activation, as well as cGAS activation, by competing with DNA. ODN TTAGGG has the potential to be used in the treatment of lupus erythematosus and other related autoimmune diseases. Its sequence: 5'-T-T-A-G-G-G-T-T-A-G-G-G-T-T-A-G-G-G-T-T-A-G-G-G-3'.
