Description: Z-Asp-CH2-DCB is a novel potent and irreversible caspase inhibitor with anti-inflammatory activity. Also inhibits the caspase-like activity of proteases. Z-Asp-CH2-DCB suppresses the production of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IFN-γ in a dose-dependent manner.
