Description: SR-318 (SR318) is a novel and potent p38 MAPK inhibitor with anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activity. It inhibits p38α and p38β with IC50s of 5 and 32 nM, respectively. SR 318 also inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α release in isolated human whole blood (IC50 = 0.283 µM).
